Obama and the Culture of Death

...Consider the
partying and exuberance of the Palestinian world when hearing of the 9-11
attacks and the deaths of 3,000 Americans of all races and religions.
Consider the recent three-finger salute
among the Arabs and handing out of candy regarding the abduction and murder of
three Israeli teenage boys. Consider that Islamic jihadists have no problem
with using children as shields in their fight against the infidel.
It makes one wonder how President Barack
Hussein Obama could maintain that "Allah is supreme, Allah is supreme,
Allah is supreme, Allah is supreme. I witness that there is no god but
Allah" [1] is "one of the prettiest sounds on
earth." It is not the "Stars and Stripes" nor "America
the Beautiful" that he cites. It is the call to prayer for a "culture
of death," as affirmed by Pope Francis's secretary, Father Yoannis Lahzi
Gaido, an Egyptian Christian Copt who speaks fluent Arabic. In fact, Obama, the
president of the United States, smiles when Bergdahl's father recites the
Arabic prayer intimating the caliphate capture of land.
Obama cannot come clean about the murder of
Ambassador Stevens and instead speaks at the United Nations "shoring up his
fake narrative [about Benghazi] by warning the UN General Assembly that the
future must not belong to those who slander the Prophet of Islam."
Nary a word to those who would slander America or to those who would torture
and murder Americans – not to those who daily bring carnage and chaos to the
world as they scream Allah Akbar and abduct, murder, maim, rape, burn, and
pillage communities. ....

Israel’s security cabinet is exploring ways
to curb monthly stipends paid by the Palestinian Authority to Palestinian
terrorists sitting in Israeli jails.
The
issue was again brought to the forefront as Israel sought ways to put pressure
on the Palestinians to return 3 abducted Jewish youths, who have since been
found murdered.
Data
presented to the cabinet revealed that a terrorist sentenced to 10–15 years in
an Israeli jail receives a salary of 6,000 shekels (USD $1,750) a month. A
terrorist serving 25–30 years receives 10,000 shekels per month.
Terrorists
with “blood on their hands” - those who have succeeded in murdering Israelis
and are serving more than 30 years - can expect a monthly income of 12,000 shekels
(USD $3,500), which is nearly five times the average salary in the Palestinian
Authority.
With
those kinds of numbers, the murder and attempted murder of Jews has become one
of the most rewarding professions in the Palestinian Authority.
An
Israeli Foreign Ministry report shows that in 2012, the Palestinian Authority
paid USD $75.5 million to jailed terrorists and their families. And that
represents only the transfers from the PA’s Ministry of Prisoner Affairs.
Additional monies are regularly paid to the
families of jailed terrorists by the Ministry of Social Affairs, and to the
families of deceased terrorists, including suicide bombers. These additional payments
reached $78 million in 2011.
All
together, the Palestinian Authority is spending some 20 percent of its annual
foreign aid and five percent of its overall annual budget on supporting
terrorists and their families.
An Israeli Muslim Arab has written to Prime
Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stressing that if the Jewish state truly wants
peace, it must remove from power the terror groups that current hold sway over
the Palestinian population, and instead deal directly with average Arabs who
just want to live quietly.
In
a post on his Facebook page, Ali Shaban, who volunteered for combat service in
the IDF and continues to do reserve duty to this day, urged Netanyahu to “act
now, do not waver or fear. The Palestinians understand only force, and if you
do not attack now, then you and I and all Israelis will pay a dear price.”
Like
many Israelis, Shaban wondered, “Why are you [Netanyahu] waiting? Are you
waiting for more deaths? Are you waiting until the missiles hit Tel Aviv? Are
you waiting for approval from Obama?” This
Muslim’s recommendation? “Conquer Gaza. Conquer the West Bank. Overthrow Hamas
and [Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas’] Fatah. Establish and support a new
leadership for the Palestinian people, a leadership that will seek peace and a
better life for us all.”
During
his army service, Shaban said he has “met countless Palestinians at checkpoints
and elsewhere in the disputed territories that told me they support peace and
are fed up with the situation. But, they are afraid to speak because anyone who
voices such an opinion is immediately labeled a traitor…and will be publicly
executed.”
“When
I say that they only understand force, I am talking about the terror groups
that are writing the rules of engagement. I do not know of a terror group that
has an agenda of peace."
The
"Perfect" Aryan Baby
In 1935 the German Nazi party held a contest to find the most perfect Aryan baby who would then be
featured on the cover of Sonne ins Hause, a Nazi family magazine. They
found their ideal baby but never found out that she was in fact Jewish.
Hessy
Taft was six months old when her mother, Pauline Levinsons, brought her to
Berlin photographer Hans Ballin to have her picture taken. World War II had yet
to begin, but anti-Semitism and the marginalization of Jews was in full swing
in Germany. When little Hessy's photo turned up on the cover of a prominent Nazi magazine, her mother feared the
family would be exposed as Jewish and targeted.
Taft's mother reportedly went back to the Ballin to ask how the
image had ended up in the Nazi contest for "most beautiful Aryan baby,"
to which he responded, “I wanted to make the Nazis ridiculous."
The Levinsons kept their young daughter hidden after the incident as her
photograph was by now widely circulated on Nazi postcards, and they feared she
would be recognized. The Nazis never learned her true Jewish identity.
Now almost 80 years later the little girl, Hessy Taft, is all grown
up and works as a Chemistry professor at the St. John's University in New York
City. In June she presented a copy of the Nazi magazine, baby photo and all, to
the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial in Israel and shared her story with the Shoah Foundation.
“I can laugh about it now,” Taft said in an interview with
Germany’s Bild newspaper. “But if the Nazis had known who I really was,
I wouldn’t be alive today.”
Taft narrowly escaped the Holocaust when the Gestapo arrested her father on tax charges. Luckily his
accountant -- a member of the Nazi party -- came to his defense, and the family
was able to flee to Latvia and later to France. When the Nazis captured Paris,
the Levinsons fled to Cuba with the help of the French resistance and finally
settled in the United States in 1949.
On presenting her magazine cover to Yad Vashem these many years
later, Taft said, “I feel a little revenge, something like satisfaction.”
ISRAEL ALLOWED FUEL, AID INTO GAZA DESPITE
FIGHTING: Despite ongoing
rocket fire at Israel from Gaza Strip, some 200 trucks of goods including food
and basic products passed into Gaza from Israel's Kerem Shalom crossing
with Gaza, the IDF said. Despite hundreds of rockets hitting Israel, the
Jewish state has allowed some 200 trucks to cross into the strip, including
some 200,000 liters of fuel daily, in an attempt to prevent a humanitarian
crisis in Gaza. Meanwhile, the government said over 20 Palestinians, including
eight Gazan children were treated at Haifa's Rambam Medical
Center, as part of Israel's longstanding cooperation with the Palestinian
Authority. Rambam Health Care Campus provides medical care to patients
from Gaza and the PA annually. Currently, hospitalized Palestinians include
three adults and eight children from Gaza, and three adults and two children
from Judea and Samaria. (Editor's Note: Israel also continued to supply electricity
to Gaza, despite the fact that the Palestinian Authority owes 1.5 billion
shekels in unpaid electric bills.)
