Christian Arab's View of Israel

As
a child I had the desire to get to know God. I, a Christian Arab, was brought
up in the Greek Orthodox Church, but went to the Roman Catholic School, as it
was the best in the area.
Looking at the nuns who taught the girls, I
was convinced that the only way to get to God was to become one of them. But my
father refused to even think of such a possibility, and as I was ten years old
then, I had to accept that situation.
When I was thirteen years old, I met a
school girl-friend who told me about the all-sufficient death of Jesus of
Nazareth. She made it clear to me that good deeds would never bring me to God,
only faith in Jesus and the salvation He provides freely to all that come to Him.
So I committed my life to the Lord.
Up till then, I had no respect for the
Jews. As an Arab girl, I was taught that they should be hated and despised,
that they are liars and cheats. I was not allowed to socialize with two Jewish
girls whom I knew at school. When I decided to follow the Lord, He made it very
clear to me that I could not love Him and hate His people the Jews. I accepted
this, as I could never understand the unreasonable hatred for the Jews with
which I was brought up.
It was a lonely time for me and I did not
get much help from the missionaries where the Jews and Israel were concerned. I
started to read the Old Testament with great zeal and saw God's great love for
His people, and His plan to bring them back to their land. I was also troubled
by the fact that the missionaries did not teach us that hatred of the Jews is a
sin.
The more I studied in the Bible about the Arabs,
the more I found out that the hatred of my people towards God's people was
Satan inspired and therefore they are also against God. One of the passages in
the Bible that reveals this very clearly is Psalm 83:
"... O God, Thine enemies make a
tumult and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. They have taken counsel
against thy people. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a
nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance ..."
With the birth of the State of Israel, the
old dormant enmity of the Islamic-Arab world was revived. The "Jihad"
- spirit of holy war - got a new incentive and ever since, Arab rulers have
tried to unite the Arab world through this hatred against Israel for the cause
of a purified Islamic
pan-Arabic empire. There is also a new worldwide missionary endeavor.
This power that 1) enslaves and deceives
the Arab multitude, 2) threatens with destruction the Jewish State of Israel
and 3) endangers the support for Israel from the West through the powerful
weapon of oil, needs to be dealt with in intercessory prayer.
God may have to use the sword of Israel to
destroy this Jihad power that came by the sword, and through the sword enslaved
so many Arabs for whom Christ died. It is this breaking that is seen in Isaiah
19 as God's way to prepare the Arab nations for a new day of blessing:
"And the land of Judah shall be a terror
unto Egypt, everyone that makes mention thereof shall be afraid in himself,
because of the counsel of the Lord of hosts, which He hath determined against
it ... And the Lord shall smite Egypt: He shall smite and heal it: and they
shall return to the Lord, and he shall be entreated of them."
It is then that God's real blessing of Abraham
will flow to the descendants of both Ishmael and Isaac - the two children of
Abraham - Arabs and Jews - when the Lord promises:
"In
that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing
in the midst of the land. Whom the Lord of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my
hands, and Israel mine inheritance."
Together they will be blessed, but as long
as Ishmael tried to usurp Israel's God-given land, he will face judgment. If
only the Christian Arabs would believe that Israel is God's key of blessing to
the Middle East, and turn their hatred or dislike of her to love and acceptance,
they could become the bridges for a new day of hope and peace in the Middle
East.

In accordance with
current Australian government policy, Attorney-General George Brandis asserted that the current administration does not
consider the eastern section of the united capital of Jerusalem to be "occupied."
The next
day, in a statement drafted in coordination with Foreign Affairs Minister Julie
Bishop and Peter Varghese, secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and
Trade, Brandis reinforced the message of support for
Israel:
"The
description of east Jerusalem as 'occupied East Jerusalem' is a term freighted
with pejorative implications, which is neither appropriate nor useful. It
should not and will not be the practice of the Australian government to
describe areas of negotiation in such judgmental language.”
In
1967, in the Six Day War –
a war of defense against surrounding Arab nations bent on the destruction of
the Jewish State – Israel liberated East Jerusalem and the
ancient Jewish territory of Judea and Samaria, commonly referred to as the West
Bank. Between 1948 and 1967, when east Jerusalem was under Jordanian rule, Jews were prohibited
from visiting the holy sites.
The
Australian government refuses to label East Jeru-salem as "occupied territory," signaling

Australian
Prime Minister Tony Abbott, while still leader of the Liberal opposition
in December 2012, told Haaretz
"that a government he leads will be unashamedly and unapologetically
pro-Israel, akin to that of Stephen Harper's Conservative Party."
The
statement that Australia does not consider East Jerusalem to occupied territory
was made exactly 47 years after the liberation of Jerusalem, which occurred
on June 5, 1967.
Boycott
the Jews!
A short time ago, Iran's Supreme Leader Grand Ayatollah Ali Khomenei urged the Muslim World to boycott anything and
everything that originates with the Jewish people. In response, Meyer M. Treinkman, a pharmacist, out of the kindness of his heart,
offered to assist them in their boycott as follows:
"Any Muslim who has
Syphilis must not be cured by Salvarsan discovered by
a Jew, Dr. Ehrlich. He should not even try to find out whether he has Syphilis,
because the Wasserman Test is the discovery of a Jew. If a Muslim suspects that
he has Gonorrhea, he must not seek diagnosis, Because
he will be using the method of a Jew named Neissner.
"A Muslim who has heart
disease must not use Digitalis, a discovery by a Jew, Ludwig Traube. Should he suffer with a toothache, he must not use Novocaine, a discovery of the Jews, Widal
and Weil.
If a Muslim has Diabetes, he
must not use Insulin, the result of research by Minkowsky,
a Jew. If one has a headache, he must shun Pyramidon
and Antypyrin, due to the Jews, Spiro and Ellege.
Muslims with convulsions must
put up with them because it was a Jew, Oscar Leibreich,
who proposed the use of Chloral Hydrate. Arabs
must do likewise with their psychic ailments because Freud, father of
psychoanalysis, was a Jew.
Should a Muslim child get
Diphtheria, he must refrain from the "Schick" reaction which was invented
by the Jew, Bella Schick.
"Muslims should be ready
to die in great numbers and must not permit treatment of ear and brain damage,
work of Jewish Nobel Prize winner, Robert Baram.
They should continue to die
or remain crippled by Infantile Paralysis because the discoverer of the anti-polio
vaccine is a Jew, Jonas Salk. "Muslims must refuse to use Streptomycin and
continue to die of Tuberculosis because a Jew, Zalman
Waxman, invented the wonder drug against this killing disease.
Muslim doctors must discard
all discoveries and improvements by dermatologist Judas Sehn
Benedict, or the lung specialist, Frawnkel, and of
many other world renowned Jewish scientists and medical experts.
"In short, good and
loyal Muslims properly and fittingly should remain afflicted with Syphilis,
Gonorrhea, Heart Disease, Headaches, Typhus, Diabetes, Mental Disorders, Polio
Convulsions and Tuberculosis and be proud to obey the Islamic boycott."
Oh, and by the way, don't
call for a doctor on your cell phone because the cell phone was invented
in Israel by a Jewish engineer.
Meanwhile I ask, what
contributions to the world have the Muslims made? (Well, they did invent
algebra. Thanks a lot for that one! RAC)
The Global Islamic population
is over 1,200,000,000; that is ONE BILLION TWO HUNDRED MILLION or 20% of the
world's population. Jews are about 1/4 of 1% of the world's population.
The Jews are NOT promoting
brainwashing children in military training camps, teaching them how to blow
themselves up and cause maximum deaths of Jews and other non-Muslims. The Jews
don't hijack planes, nor kill athletes at the Olympics, or blow themselves up
in restaurants.

Very graphic videos recently appeared on Arabic-language media
portraying Islamic jihadis in Syria slaughtering
donkeys in order to consume them.
The main point made by some of these websites is that the jihadis are hypocrites for (again) violating Islamic law,
which bans the eating of domesticated donkeys.
In the words of a fatwa, or Islamic decree, titled "Is it permissible
to eat donkey meat?"
Praise be to Allah.
It is permissible to eat the meat of onagers ("wild donkeys") and it is haraam [forbidden] to eat the meat of domesticated donkeys.
The first is permitted because of the report narrated by al-Bukhaari
(5492) and Muslim (1196) from Abu Qataadah (may Allaah be pleased with him) who hunted an onager and brought a piece of it to the Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allaah be upon him) and he ate some of
it, and he said to his companions: "It is halaal
[permissible], eat it."
With regard to domesticated donkeys,
their meat was permitted at first, then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) declared it to be haraam
[forbidden] on the day of Khaybar.
Questions of wild or
domesticated aside—and the donkeys do appear to be domesticated—this is yet
another example of the fact that, for those waging jihad to empower Allah's
word, dispensations are always available.
As discussed here,
it is precisely because the strictures of Islamic law are relaxed for the
jihadi—often permitting the
indulgence of depraved behavior—that the jihad has always been an
appealing option.
While killing animals for consumption is commonplace, what is
notable about these videos is the "supremacist" demeanor of the jihadis towards the donkeys—as if the animals are also
"infidels" to be treated with contempt and brutality.
Watching them slaugh-ter the donkeys
is like watching them slaughter human "infidels"—with all the
triumphant theatrics. In one video, "Allahu
Akbar!" is heard while a donkey is being decapitated.
Jihadis habitually cry "Allahu Akbar" (Islam' supremacist war-cry, which
literally means Allah is "greater") whenever striking down infidels—especially
when ceremoniously beheading them. But
why say it while slaughtering a donkey—an animal—for consumption?
In another
video, the animals are very inhumanely treated—sadistically dumped out of a
truck, then struck on the head with a club, followed by decapitation—all to
background laughter and snickers (reminiscent of yet another video of a
donkey being set on fire, apparently "for laughs," in some
Arab nation, possibly Algeria.)
Again, why is the act of slaughtering an animal for consumption
videotaped and disseminated on the Internet in the first place—and
sensationalized as if it were an infidel enemy, not a dumb animal, that was
being "overcome"?
As for the sadistic abuse of animals—full of supremacism and
power displays—that's apparently standard, as suggested by this December 2013 report:
Shocking footage of cattle exported
from Australia being tortured and killed in the streets of Gaza is being
described by an Australian animal rights group as the worst animal cruelty
case it has ever seen in the live export industry, The West Australian news
reported Thursday. Footage compiled by Animals Australia shows bulls being
"knee-capped by a man armed with an assault rifle, another stabbed in the
eye and other[s] having their throats hacked open in the streets."…
"So acceptable is this brutal treatment to locals that they are cheering
and filming the spectacle on mobile phones," Animals Australia campaign
director Lyn White said (emphasis added).

The Jerusalem District Court has ordered Moshav Yad Hashmonah,
a community of Messianic Jews and Evangelical Christians, to pay compensation
to two lesbians after it refused to host a same-sex wedding. "We knew we
were breaking the law. Somebody needed to do it," says Ayelet
Ronen, general secretary for the village. Judge Moshe Yoad
Cohen upheld a lower court ruling that the Moshav
violated a law prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation. (Even
though Israeli law does not recognize same-sex marriages taking place in
Israel. RAC)
During
the trial, representatives of the Moshav quoted from
both Old and New Testaments. "We do not hate homosexuals or lesbians. We love
them. We simply told the court that it is God's word in the Bible that calls homosexuality
an abomination," Ronen told Israel Today.
She
continues: "As a faith-based community we need to be able to refuse events
that blatantly oppose our religious beliefs. We explained to the judge that a
same-sex celebration would ruin our business. The majority of our clientele are
Christians who oppose gay marriage."
The
lesbians' lawyer accused members of Yad Hashmonah of "homophobia," pointing to an announcement
published by the Moshav that "no homosexual
organization will be allowed to rent space for functions on our premises."
That
announcement came in response to a flood of requests for same-sex celebrations
on the Moshav from gays and lesbians hoping to pass
more court decisions requiring the Messianic community to pay out huge compensations.
As a
result, the Moshav was forced to shutter their
events-hosting business, resulting in huge financial losses. "We used to
host an average of 35-50 weddings a year over the past 12 years. Israelis from
all over the country, religious and secular, loved to come here. Now there are
none," says Ronen.
Judge
Cohen held that the Moshav cannot refuse to host a
same-sex wedding reception even if doing so goes against their own conscious.
According
to Ronen, "a lot of religious Jews and rabbis have secretly told us 'good
for you. We are glad that you take this stand.' But they will not stand with
[Messianic Jews] to change the law. They hate us too much and would never work
with us."
In his
ruling, the judge upheld the earlier verdict of the Jerusalem Magistrate's
Court, ordering Yad Hashmonah
to pay the two lesbians damages of 60,000 shekels ($17,000) plus another 30,000
shekels for attorneys' fees for both the original suit and the appeal.

Finding
a red heifer is like finding a needle in a hay stack. But some overly
industrious Jew managed to do just that in the United States of America. Jews
read in the synagogue ... the mysterious commandment of the Red Heifer: “Tell
the Israelites to procure for you a red heifer that is free from every blemish
and defect and on which no yoke has ever been laid…” (Num. 19:2ff).
The Red Heifer is an extremely rare
creature. According to Jewish tradition, during the two thousand years from the
time this commandment was given until the destruction of the Second Temple in
the first century AD, only 9 red cows that met the biblical criteria were ever
found.
For a cow to be a Red Heifer it has to be
without blemish, one that was never put to work and completely reddish. Jewish
law requires keeping the young cow under strict care until it reaches three
years old. Leaning on the cow, or even putting a piece of cloth on its back
disqualifies it from becoming a Red Heifer.
Strict rules also apply to its color. Two
single hairs of a color other than red automatically disqualify it from
becoming a Red Heifer. A Red Heifer candidate that that was discovered in 2000
was disqualified after two black hairs were found on it. Likewise, a cow that
meets all other criteria, but is older than four is disqualified. The present
calf has a long way until, if at all, it will become a real Red Heifer.
In biblical times, the Red Heifer was to be
completely burnt by a priest outside the Temple. After being burnt, the Red
Heifer’s ashes were mixed with water called the “water of remission,” which was
used to purify people, especially those defiled by touching corpses. This most
serious form of defilement required Jews to undergo a ceremonial cleansing with
the ash of a Red Heifer before they could again enter the Temple courtyards. In
other words, without the Red Heifer, Jewish Temple worship (with sacrifices) on
the Temple Mount is not possible.
The discovery of a red calf that could potentially
become a Red Heifer excites many Jews who believe that Moses prepared the first
Red Heifer and Messiah will prepare the last one.
The possibility of finding a real Red
Heifer prompted the Temple Institute to make the logistic preparations needed
for bringing the American calf to Israel and to train priests that will perform
this sacred and rare sacrificial ceremony.
At
least in theory, this calf could help Jews sufficiently purify themselves to
engage in real Temple activities. For now, however, believers will have to chew
their nails for two and a half years before it will be known whether or not
this import is the Red Heifer.
